TÜV Austria renews Novacart’s OK Compost Certificate for a wide range of products

In 2022, Novacart S.p.A received the OK Compost – Industrial trademark, a certificate demonstrating compliance with the requirements of the UNI EN 13432 standard on compostability in industrial composting plants.

This year, the OK Compost Certification has been renewed for an even grater number of Novacart products.

What does the certification indicate?

All the products certified with the OK Compost – Industrial certificate can be disposed of in the organic waste stream, but can only compost in industrial composting plants. (this means, they are not suitable for the domestic compost).

Certified Novacart products

TÜV Austria has renewed the certification for a wide range of Novacart Product, including panettone, cakes, focaccia bread, colomba cake, doughnuts, and special baking molds.
